How to Create a Week of Social Media Content in 5 Minutes with n8n Agents
Look, if you’re still manually resizing images for Instagram or spending three hours staring at a blinking cursor trying to figure out a "witty" caption for LinkedIn, you’re doing it wrong.
In the Navy, we have this concept called Deckplate Leadership. It’s about being where the work happens, but more importantly, it’s about trusting your Chiefs: the subject matter experts: to handle the execution while the officers focus on the mission.
In 2026, your "Chiefs" aren't humans you're paying $60k a year. They’re AI Agents.
At Cumquat Vibes LLC, we’ve stopped "creating" content in the traditional sense. We’ve built a system that generates a week’s worth of high-signal, platform-specific content in under five minutes. No burnout. No "Zapier tax." Just pure, agentic execution.
Here is how you build your own digital Engine Room using n8n.
The Death of the "Zapier Tax"
Most people start with Zapier or Make. They’re fine for simple tasks, but as soon as you scale to 37 niche channels: like our RichTech or RichAnimation rosters: the bill becomes a nightmare. You’re paying for every single "step" or "task."
We use n8n.
It’s self-hosted. It’s powerful. And it allows for complex logic that basic automation tools just can't handle. It’s the difference between a simple light switch and a nuclear reactor. When you own the infrastructure, you own the profit margins.
TECHNICAL_MONO: n8n allows for branching paths, loops, and custom JS that turns a linear automation into a thinking agent.

Agentic Content vs. Standard Automation
Standard automation is "If This, Then That."
- If I post a blog, then share the link to Twitter.
- Result: Boring, low-engagement garbage that looks like a bot wrote it.
Agentic Content is different. An Agent doesn't just "move" data; it processes it.
When we feed a seed idea into our n8n workflow, the Agent doesn't just summarize it. It performs a multi-step mission:
- Research: It hits the web (using Perplexity or SERP APIs) to find current trends.
- Persona Mapping: It remembers that a TikTok audience wants raw energy, while a LinkedIn audience wants "strategic insights."
- Formatting: It generates the specific hashtags, emojis, and line breaks that actually work for each platform’s algorithm.
The 5-Minute Workflow Breakdown
Here is the exact blueprint we use to keep the Cumquat Vibes ecosystem humming.
1. The Trigger (The Captain's Orders)
Everything starts with a simple input. We use a Telegram bot. While I’m out getting coffee or sitting on the beach, I’ll drop a voice note or a quick link into a private Telegram chat.
That link hits our n8n webhook. The mission has started.
2. The Research Chief (The Brain)
The first agent takes that link and scrapes the entire page. It doesn't just look at the text; it looks at the intent.
TECHNICAL_MONO: We use the Markdown.new approach: scraping URLs into clean Markdown to preserve context for the LLM.
It then queries current market data. If the topic is "Sustainable POD," it looks for what people are complaining about today on Reddit or X. This ensures the content isn't just a repeat of 2023 fluff.
3. The Specialist Agents (The Execution)
This is where the magic happens. We don't use one "General AI" to write everything. We use specialized nodes in n8n for each platform:
- The TikTok Agent: Focuses on a high-retention hook in the first 3 seconds. It writes a script designed for a 15-second "pattern-interrupt" video.
- The X (Twitter) Agent: Focuses on a "Technical Mono" style thread. Short, punchy, no fluff.
- The LinkedIn Agent: Wraps the core value in a "founder-led" narrative.

4. The Visual Designer
Once the text is ready, n8n sends prompts to DALL-E 3 or a local Stable Diffusion instance. It doesn't just ask for "a cool robot." It uses the context of the post to create a visual that matches the brand tone of Cumquat Vibes.
5. The Approval Gate (The Deckplate Review)
We don't let the AI post directly. That’s how you end up with "As an AI language model..." hallucinations on your main feed.
The workflow sends a formatted email to my inbox. I see the TikTok script, the X thread, and the images. I click "Approve" on a custom internal dashboard, and the agents push everything to the social APIs.
Why You Need This Now
We are currently managing 37 faceless YouTube channels and multiple Shopify storefronts, like our Navy-Themed Collection. If we did this manually, we’d need a team of ten.
With n8n agents, it’s just me and the "Engine."
This isn't about being lazy. It’s about Asset Management. Your time is your most valuable asset. Spending it on repetitive formatting is a poor investment. You should be spending it on strategy, product design, and high-level networking.

How to Get the "Engine"
You can try to build this from scratch. You can spend weeks debugging JSON errors and API credentials. Or, you can just plug into what we’ve already perfected.
Inside the richardabreu.studio membership, we give you "The Engine." These are the actual n8n templates and JSON files we use to run our entire operation.
Membership Perks Include:

Final Thought: Steady as She Goes
The market in 2026 moves fast. AI agents are the only way to stay ahead of the curve without losing your mind. Stop being a deck-swabber for your own business. It's time to step up to the bridge, set your course, and let the agents handle the grind.
Build the system. Trust the Chief. Scale the vibes.
